Brian's 40th Birthday Party!

These two are like two peas in a pod!  They are so sweet and get along so well.

Pops did a great job of keeping an eye on the kids tonight.

It was a great party!!!  It was entertaining, it was fun, lots of snacks, great cake and the kids did not get hurt!  Yeah!  I thought I would share some birthday trivia for you to chew on...
Aunt Wendy was born on the same day as Uncle Brian but two years later.  And, she is the same age as Daddy.  My friend, Leigh, who introduced me to Daddy also shares a birthday with Daddy but she is the same age as Uncle Brian.  We have ten birthday's to celebrate in the month of February between my family and Daddy's family.

Daddy took off early from work today for a road trip to Dallas.  He's pretending to be asleep but he really has his eyes on the road.  We are going to Uncle Brian's 40th birthday party on Daddy's birthday.

We arrived at the place where Uncle Brian's birthday party is being held and took a few family pictures before going inside.  However, Beck was not in the mood for pictures.

Kinsey's reaction to Uncle Brian turning 40!  Lol!  And, Beck is just way too cool for school.

Aunt Katherine did a great job of getting the place ready for a party!  She had everything from fruit to veggies to desserts!  Plus, lots of beverages.

This is a moment that I hope Kinsey never forgets...dancing with Daddy.  And, I know Brent enjoyed dancing with his baby girl on his birthday. (My IPhone camera takes terrible pictures when it is dark so please forgive the not-so-clear pictures.)

Beck's School Playdate

Beck's friend from school, Dylan, gave everybody in class an invite to play at the Brookshire's park after school today.  His mommy, Laura, showed up with drinks and a big bag of Valentine flavored popcorn!  She is SO sweet!

Beck and Kinsey had a blast at the park and I know they will sleep all the way to Dallas after Daddy gets off work.  We are going to Brian's 40th birthday party!!! 

Soccer Practice and Bullard Spring Show

Kinsey loves to play on my computer!

Beck's soccer coach has asked to meet twice each week until our first soccer game then we will practice once per week.  So, tonight is Beck's second soccer practice and I had to leave early since Kinsey and I are going to the Bullard Spring Show.

Here are my thoughts on the spring show...the Bullard Belles are FANTASTIC!!!  The show was incredible!  However, I wish the girls could have performed in a building that had a stage and comfy seats.  The gym is not the best place for a show like this!
