We ended up taking turns going out on dates today and we were able to see the movie The Hobbit. Beck and Kinsey had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. Unfortunately, this would be the last time they get together because Beck woke up around 5am with high temperature.

After sitting in the care clinic for two hours, the doctor said Beck tested positive with the flu. It was so sad to see him so sick. I held him and tried to comfort him as much as I possibly could.
Daddy blew up the big bounce ring and we turned it into a bed for Beck. Kinsey being the supportive sister, laid down with him and pretended to be asleep. This is how we spent New Year's Eve...watching the ball drop on tv and taking care of our precious baby boy.

We rang in the new year, 2013, with our crazy little Kinsey girl!
We spent the entire year in Gilmer and it was nice being so close to both of our parents. We have also bought a lot in Bullard and hopefully with the cooperation of the weather, we can move into our new home in May or June. I hope Beck can kick the flu pretty quickly and we are looking forward to making many more memories in this new year!
