I am so excited that I get to participate in a Zumbathon this afternoon at Coach's and Cowboy's! I'm ready for the 2.5 hour work out!
Je'Nae is a Zumba instructor at Woodcreek (my gym) and she is the organizer of this Zumbathon. This was the best Zumbathon's I've ever been to thus far!
I'm not sure how many people showed up but the place was packed! And, the music was awesome! I loved it! I bet I burned 1,000 calories! Even my pony tail holder was soaking wet!
We are chillin' tonight!
