I'm not sure what got into Brent today but he wanted to go somewhere so I made a few suggestions and he jumped on the idea of going to the Discovery Science Place in Tyler. There are three different rooms in this place and today we started in the room that's a little town for little kids. Beck and Kinsey loaded up their shopping carts with lots of groceries and Kinsey pushed her cart all over this little town.
Then, we checked out the room that has lots of building type of stuff such as Lego's, Lincoln logs, wind tunnel, etc.
Finally, we made our way to the BIG room that has lots of cool stuff! I really enjoyed watching Brent, Beck and Kinsey play with the giant magnet.
We spent a lot of time in the room with big hills, loops and lots of golf balls.
We ended our trip in the little play area with mats. Beck and Kinsey enjoyed hiding in this round mat.
We drove to Lindale to let the kids take a longer nap and to check out the town that we are interested in moving to if our house sells. We looked at the schools and drove thru a few neighborhoods. I can't wait to really start looking at houses!!! When we got home, Brent said he got an email from the lady that made an offer on our house and that she had accepted our counter offer...notice the date...it was an April Fool's joke!
