Just like the Krueger Christmas party, we had to reschedule the Wright Christmas party because Brent had the flu but I'm so glad we were able to get together today. We all voted on what we wanted to do about food and most said they wanted finger/snack type of food so everybody brought lots of good stuff to eat. I made funeral sandwiches, queso and a very tasty punch. Plus, I made a super easy dessert that was such a hit! I'll tell you how I made it in case you want to try it. Melt 2 cups of milk chocolate morsels then add 1 cup of Heath toffee bits. Spread it on parchment paper then let it cool. Break into pieces once it is cooled and serve. So easy and so yummy!
After we ate, we played the white elephant game and Brent is #1! Beck and Kinsey loved helping him open his gift. My Uncle Donnie was next and he got a glass Christmas tree.
I'm not sure who was next but they ended up stealing Brent's gift...should he open the Victoria's Secret bag?
He ended up opening a cigar box (I bet you can guess who brought that gift) and it had a gift card in it.
Well, can you believe that the cigar box and gift card was stolen from Brent? So, his next gift was a very pretty turquoise necklace and I stole it from him just to be funny because he has opened so many gifts already.
His next gift is a bottle of lotion and my Aunt Vickie stole it!
So, Brent opened up a beautiful cross but Neena stole it! Oh my goodness this is crazy!
I don't think I've seen one person open as many gifts as Brent did today! This time he got a penguin eye glass holder. I think he's safe now!
Terry (Katrina's husband) opened up a gift with their grandson.

Aiden (my cousin Christie's son) opened up a picture frame and a bottle of soap.
But, my cousin Christie stole that gift from her son and then he ended up with some movies.
Beck is playing with his new game and Aunt Wendy is proud of her gift card that she stole from Brent.
I'm not really sure what Cassidy (Katrina's daughter) is holding.
Noah (Christie's son) is getting some advice from his little brother, Aiden...does it pay off?

Salena (Trish's daughter) also got a cross that is perfect for her house and I think Bryce (Katrina's son) got a scarf.
My cousin, Katrina, got some fun socks.
