Cousin Time in Gilmer

We came back to Gilmer to hang out with cousins one more time before everybody goes back home.  We all had so much fun in the pool!

Kinsey cannot hang with the big kids but that's ok.  She needs some rest so she can stay up as late as everybody else.

My neighbor was selling a giant chalkboard today and I bought it for the game room!!! 

Look at how perfect it is on the wall!  I think the kids will love it! Thank you Daddy for hanging it!

Cousin Time in Gilmer

Jennifer is in town this week so we made a trip to Gilmer this morning.  Katherine came into town with her kiddos and we all had fun hanging out.













I love it when Katherine plays with my camera!  I've learned so much from her.

It was so much fun watching the kids play and I tried to rest my foot as much as possible.

Podiatrist and Volcano Week

Dr. Matt Kindle removed a suspicious lesion from my foot this morning and I thought I was going to pass out!  He cut all around it then put in 4 stitches and that's the part that really freaked me out.  Thankfully, I did not pass out and I need to let this heal before I can get back in the gym again.  Beck went to the doctor yesterday and has swimmers ear so we are both grounded from the swimming pool.  (He weighs 57.2 lbs and his height is 4'1 3/4".)


We went to the library this afternoon and the topic is volcano week so the kids did a science experiment which they loved!  Mix baking soda with vinegar and that's when the explosion happens!







My sweet girl curled up with me on the couch while I'm resting from a rough morning.  It's also nerve wrecking to wait for the results from my procedure this morning.  Praying it's not cancer.
