Super Saturday (part two)

Unfortunately, the ducks have had so much food today that they were not super excited to get our old bread but the kids had fun throwing food at them!

Let's talk about the geese...Brent was so freaked out that they were going to attack the kids but they didn't thank goodness.

Now that we've spent all afternoon at the park, we are in need of some yummy dinner!

Beck and Kinsey were playing on our bed while Brent and I were in the living room tonight.  A few minutes later, Beck walked in to tell us something and I noticed his tooth was gone!  He never knew it fell out!  I quickly ran in the bedroom and started searching for it and FOUND IT!!!  Beck finally lost the tooth that has been loose forever! Looks like the tooth fairy will visit our house tonight!  Since I am so far behind blogging, I can tell you that the tooth fairy came and left Beck $3! 

That is a Super Saturday for sure!!!

Super Saturday (part one)

We started our Super Saturday by grabbing lunch at Beck's favorite fast food place that serves ice cream.

Then, we headed to the park to fly Beck's big kite.  Beck loved it and Kinsey ran around the baseball bases.

Then, we walked to the pond to do a little fishing.

The only thing we caught was a reed!

Let's go to the park to play!

Beck and Kinsey love their new scooters but I can already tell that we will need new ones by next Christmas.

This is why we love Daddy so much!  He is so much fun!

I think Kinsey is ready to feed the ducks or does she want to stay at the park?

Fun Friday!

Today was a first for me...I invited Misty over for lunch and I made taco soup.  I don't recall having a friend over for lunch and it was so much fun but the time flew by so fast!  It was her first time to see our house so I gave her a tour.  I'm looking forward to doing this again!

After Daddy got off work, we ate dinner then we grabbed dessert and that was our fun Friday!

I have no idea why Kinsey wanted to sit by herself.

Brent's is covered with sprinkles and mine is a chocolate lovers dream!

She is so crazy!

Transformers and Lego's

Before I went to the Young Women's meeting tonight, Beck lined his Transformers on the stairs and asked me to take a picture of them.  How cute is this?

This is what Brent and Beck worked on during my Young Women's meeting...the Lego fire station which has a bagillion pieces! Actually, it contains 753 pieces!

Transformers and Lego's are Beck's favorite toys!!!

Back to School and Back to Dance

Taking Beck back to school this morning wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be.  He was a little sad but did not make a big fuss about it...thank goodness.  It breaks my heart to see him sad.

Kinsey was ready to go back to dance! She missed her friends!  She checked on me often through the window in the waiting room.  She wanted to make sure I was there at all times.

After leaving her dance class, I found this frozen water fountain that is a sight to see for sure!!!  I posted this picture on Instagram and a few of my friends wanted to know where I found this spectacular sight!

After I picked Beck up at school, he and Kinsey broke more ice since it was 19 degrees again last night! 

We've all been praying for snow so hopefully, we will see some this year.

Ice, Ice Baby

Today is Beck's last day of Christmas break.  I'm sad that I'll have to set my alarm tomorrow morning but I'm ready to get back into my normal routine.  I think he's excited to see his friends again.

Last night, Brent and Beck filled the outside toys with water because the low was 19 degrees!  Yikes!  That is SO cold!!!  Beck and Kinsey had so much fun breaking the ice with their hammers!

I usually go to the grocery store on Monday's so we made it out in this dreadfully cold weather and found some frozen brushes in a shopping center.  I guess they forgot to turn the sprinklers off. 

First Day of Primary!

Kinsey has moved from nursery to primary today!!!  I'm so excited for her because she will learn so much more.  After class, her teacher told us that she will be the cheerleader of the small class.  Lol!  She is a hoot!  Our sweet baby girl is growing up!
