BBQ With Friends and a Date

Steve invited us over to the Parker's house for a bbq lunch.  Brent is working on the house today so the kids and I enjoyed watching the boys shoot the potato launcher that Stevie built.  Can you tell where the potatoes are going?  Yep, they are landing on Kiki and Pops land.

Then, we all went inside to eat a delicious meal.  Steve made the best pulled pork with spinach, I brought a crock pot full of mac n cheese, I'm not sure who brought the potato salad and the baked beans.  I removed the spinach from the pulled pork and Beck and Kinsey ate it up.

After lunch, all of the kids enjoyed learning to shoot a bow and arrow.  Now Beck wants one!

By the way, this was a rainy day so we all wore our rain boots and the kids had fun playing in the water puddles in the driveway.

A big thanks to Kiki and Pops for watching the kids tonight so that Brent and I could watch the movie Oz The Great and Powerful in 3-D.  It was fantastic!
