Baseball Practice - Week Three

It seems like something happens at every baseball practice and the story is the same today.  Beck, so badly, wanted to go to sleep on the way to the practice but I wouldn't let him.  He cried so hard as I was dragging him onto the field where the boys were already lined up catching balls.  Coach Nolan asked what was wrong with him and I told him that Beck is tired and Coach said, "Me too."  Poor Beck was not getting any sympathy from his mommy or Coach.  He cried for almost an hour!  It is pure torture watching him cry on the field.  He finally stopped when Daddy got out there and helped.  Practice starts at 5pm and ends at 7pm so Daddy helps coach the kids the last hour of practice. 

After being home for about 30 minutes, Beck fell asleep and I finally moved him to bed at 10:30pm.  We told him that he will have to take a nap next week before baseball practice so he can have lots of energy.  As it turns out, this little boy slept until almost 8am the next morning so I guess he was really tired.  I really need to get him to bed earlier.
