Happy Labor Day from Beck, Kinsey and all of their friends. We enjoyed our three-day weekend!
This is Kinsey's third dance class and she is doing great! I sure enjoy watching her learn and the props they use are super cute.

I took the kids to Faulkner Park tonight and they found a couple of water balloons left over from a previous party. Beck had a blast trying to fill them up!
On Wednesday night, I cooked dinner (chili spaghetti, Caesar salad, garlic bread) for the missionaries. For dessert, we had chocolate chip cookies that I had baked with Blue Bell ice cream. It was funny to hear them talk about how everybody raves about Blue Bell ice cream. I just bought it because they sell it in individual size cups which is much easier than trying to scoop it out of a large container. Beck showed them all of his favorite Rescue Bot Transformers and one of the missionaries asked Beck if he watched Ben 10 which is Beck's favorite cartoon. We really enjoyed having these kind young men at our house tonight.
Thursday night was a big night for me...I joined MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and our first meeting is next Thursday but the ladies leading this group organized a (mom's night out) dinner at Soju. I was really nervous because I didn't know anybody and it was somewhat draining telling my story to almost every single person there. But, it was fun to have a night out with other moms and I won a door prize...ironically, a Tyler candle! My new friend, Janna, said she has checked out several different MOPS groups and this is her favorite one so I'm really looking forward to our bi-weekly meetings.
