River Rocks

Brent is always working on this house and this particular project just about killed him because it was a scorching hot day in Texas! We have lava rocks around our pool and we hate them so Brent decided to put landscaping mesh over them and then cover them with river rocks and it looks so much better! We ran out of rocks so this project will have to wait until another weekend.

Beck wanted to help and notice that he's still wearing his pj's...
We finally talked Beck into putting on some cool clothes and he rode his car around while Brent worked.
Brent would load our trash can with rocks then dump them and spread them out.
A much needed water break!
Brent jumped in the pool a few times to cool off while working in this terrible heat.
