Our family tradition is to make cookies for Santa and Beck's favorite is gingerbread so I whipped up a batch of dough, busted out the cutting boards, flour for dusting, rolling pin, cookie cutters and icing.

This is such a fun thing to do and the kids love wearing their own apron and making their own cookies!

The cookies really were quite tasty but Beck only wanted the icing.  What am I going to do with that boy?

What does mommy and daddy do on Christmas Eve after the kids have gone to bed?  Work!  Work on getting ready for Christmas morning but it's totally worth it!  Good night and sleep tight!
