It was a little chilly this Saturday morning (9/24) which is why we put long sleeves on Beck and a jacket on Kinsey. (On a side note, in case our house did not sell as fast as we had hoped, I packed winter clothes and brought them to Nanny's house for myself and Beck. Not sure why or how Kinsey's winter clothes ended up in the storage building...looks like I might have to do some serious digging to get them.) On the way to the Tyler Fair, Kinsey took a little nap then she and Beck started playing once we got closer. Beck wanted to hold her hand...how sweet is that!
The first thing we saw when we walked in are sculptures made from wood and they were incredible! This would be great in a log home or a lake house!
Then, we headed to the petting zoo which I knew would be our favorite part of the day since both kids love seeing all of the animals.
I have never seen a cow with horns this big!
God created some really funny looking animals...
We all touched an animal or two...
The giraffe was really cool! He let Beck feed him and pet him...
I love Kinsey's entire expression from head to toe in this next picture and again, another funny looking animal...a sheep with dreadlocks.
Believe or not but this entire sculpture is made of sand! And, the ironic part is that Kinsey will be dressing up as Raggedy Ann for Halloween which is also in the sand sculpture!
