Bishop Playhouse closed on Good Friday and Brent took off work so we decided to take the kids to the Dallas Zoo before heading to Gilmer. On the way there, we called Katherine to see if she wanted to meet us there and she did. We were glad she did since we would not see the girls Easter weekend. They needed to stay home so that work could get done on their newly remodeled kitchen.
The first thing we did is let Beck ride the carousel and out of all the cool things to "ride", he chose to sit in the bird's nest but the cool thing about it is that it spun around. 
Kinsey chilled in the stroller again...poor thing hates not being able to crawl around.
After Katherine, Ava and Lola showed up the race was on! There was no way I could take pictures as we were all trying to keep up with the kids running around. They had a really good time. We left around lunch time and ate at the McDonald's next to the zoo then headed to Gilmer. Beck and Kinsey did not sleep all the way there which is what we were hoping. We took the scenic route thru Sulpher Springs and I think all of the stops in all of the small towns is what made them wake up.
