It was fun watching Beck because this is the first Christmas that he's kind of understanding what's going on. We showed him many, many houses decorated with lights, blow-ups and lots of Santa's. His all-time favorite to see are the blow-ups especially the two that we have in our yard...Santa and Frosty stayed blown up all day! And, our neighbors have a Nativity blow-up and Beck loved seeing baby Jesus! In fact, one day he wanted me to tell our neighbor to blow up baby Jesus. He is a mess! Beck would also bust out singing a Christmas song in his deep voice whenever the moment hit him...while we are at the store shopping, he once started singing to a lady that had a bad customer, while looking at Christmas lights or at the house.
Beck wanted to open his first gift with scissors which I thought was hilarious! And, the first gift he opened was a Thomas the Train track which he loved.
Mom put a lot of effort in decorating her gifts.
This is our first time to see Wendy's hair cut really short.
After opening gifts, Charles Torrello was in town so he stopped by to see all of us and then he and Brent went to eat lunch. Brent enjoyed catching up with his long-time friend.
While the kids napped, Brent and I finished Christmas shopping for Beck which was really nice. I love getting to spend one on one time with Brent!

Then, we all made a big dinner...honey ham, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, rolls, deviled eggs, cookies and Christmas decorated cupcakes. It was fun and delicious!
Mom and Wendy left Sunday morning and we went to church. When we got there, we discovered that they were having the Christmas program and I just happened to dress Kinsey up in her Mrs. Santa outfit which was perfect! However, I was totally bummed that I didn't know about this or I would have invited mom and Wendy to see it...I know they both would have loved it! We have some really talented people in our church. I definitely want them to see it next year!
