We woke up Easter morning and the kids got to see what the Easter bunny brought them...Beck was stoked about the Transformers Rescue Bot and Kinsey only cared about the candy! Beck didn't touch his candy.
We went to church and between the Bishop and Mask family, we ended up filling two middle rows. Afterwards, we went back to Kiki and Pops house for family pictures. Thanks Katherine!!!
Now this is brotherly love!
We ate lunch then Kiki revealed what the Easter bunny brought to her house for the kids. More candy and Kinsey is loving it!!!
I was cracking up when I saw Kinsey pick up two baskets before the big Easter egg hunt!
Uncle Brian helped Beck find an egg on the swing set...
Miss K quickly gave up on finding eggs and insisted that Daddy push her...
After looking at the many pictures taken of the kids, I noticed that Beck and Lola are holding hands...so sweet!! And, Kinsey didn't scream...Yeah!
The adults went to the front yard in hopes of finding not one, not two but three golden eggs! Beck was so upset when the first golden egg was found...he didn't care about what was in it, he simply wanted a golden egg. He's so funny! We had so much fun spending time with the family and we were the last ones to leave since we have about a five minute drive. It was sad to see everybody leave. Both kids fell asleep as soon as we hit the road so Brent and I decided to take a road trip to let them sleep longer. We drove to Pittsburg...it's been about 24 years since I've been to that little town. We ended up driving to Lake Bob Sandlin and it was so calm and relaxing. It made me want a camper so we could spend the weekend there! This weekend was filled with lots of fun and many memories were made...just wish Marcus didn't get hurt. Happy Easter!

Family Tradition
The eggs are ready!!! It's good to have family traditions and this is one that is more fun now since there are so many kids. They love, love, love coloring/dying all of the Easter eggs.
We ended up stripping Kinsey of her clothes because she was getting dye every where! That girl is not afraid to get dirty or stained.
Beck, on the other hand, would freak out if he got any color on his skin but he sure enjoyed squishing the egg!
We can't wait to hunt the eggs tomorrow!

Surrounded by Family, Surrounded by Love
Saturday evening, Katherine captured some spectacular pictures of us just hanging out.
While out picking up dinner, Jennifer and Katherine also picked up a turtle and the kids went nuts playing with this creature! It was fun watching them play with it.
Ava wanted to learn how to hit the golf ball...beautiful picture!
Kinsey loves her daddy!
Beck is still obsessed with wearing his jammies and wanted to wear the new ones Kiki and Pops gave him for his birthday. He told me that he always wanted them which made me laugh because he's never seen these jammies.
Brent loves taking the kids for a ride on the golf cart and Noah and "Superman" also love to chase the golf cart.

Happy 4th Birthday Beck!!!
04.07
Four years ago, I gave birth to this sweet and precious little boy. It's a moment that I will never forget. I've heard from many people to cherish every moment because it goes by so quickly and I believe it! It's so hard to think that Beck will start kindergarten next year. Beck has been obsessed with Transformers for a while now. In fact, in December, he told me that he wanted a Transformer cake for his birthday and that Daddy and I can have one slice. Naturally, the theme of the party is Trans4mer so we had Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee posted on the swing set along with an Optimus pinata hanging from the tree. And, let's not forget Beck's Transformer t-shirt. A big thanks to Kiki and Pops for letting us use their backyard for Beck's birthday party!
It was a special treat to have Nanny join us and I know she especially loved watching the kids have fun.
The kids played on the bounce house and swing set then we busted the pinata and now it's time for cake! I'm not sure how this happened but Daddy cut the cake for everybody...how did I get so lucky!
Beck got some really cool toys and his very first real bike with training wheels!
I'm so glad we got a group picture! I could tell that Beck thoroughly enjoyed his birthday party. He loved every minute of it!
I have to give a big shout out to my super sweet sister-in-law, Katherine, for making Beck's birthday invitations and for being the fabulous photographer at his party!!! Thank you so much for capturing every special moment! It was such a special treat to have the entire family in town this weekend! However, I do wish I could push the rewind button and take one moment back...Marcus fell off the slide and broke his collar bone which is extremely painful. Poor little guy will have to cope with the pain until it heals. Sadly, Jeff, Jill and Marcus went home that evening.

Good Friday! (part three)
The day is finally coming to an end and we really need to get these kids in bed because we have another fun-filled day tomorrow...Beck's Trans4mer birthday party at 10am! Beck and Marcus had so much fun in Kiki's bathtub. Marcus loves being in the water and doesn't mind water being poured on his head which is awesome. Marcus would laugh so hard when Beck would spit water out of his mouth. It was hilarious!
Now this is awesome...Uncle Jeff used a large empty cotton candy container as a cup.
After bath time, I found Kinsey in the kitchen sitting in a car seat wearing Noah's boats and playing with a cash register! That is a Kodak moment!
Beck and Noah at it again...Beck had to wear a coat because Noah was wearing one and they were trying to scare people like they were a ghost or a monster. Good times my friend...good times on Good Friday!
