Katherine had planned on bringing the kids the day after Christmas but she and Brian surprised all of us by coming in this afternoon! Kiki and Pops were very, very happy! But, Brian couldn't stay long because he had to work the next day so he headed back home around 8ish.
Little Otto is growing up...he loves tummy time and Katherine said he does push-ups quite often.
The kids had a blast playing with Kiki's new air hockey table...
Pops whipped up some delicious pancakes for dinner...
The next day, we just hung out and let the kids have fun with their new toys.

Christmas Morning Part Three
Kinsey was loving every minute!
Kiki always asks us to give her a list of things we'd like for Christmas and Brent, being the funny guy that he is, asked for world peace, a condo in Florida, our house in Plano to sell but most importantly that we all be together...plus, an iPad! So, Kiki played a joke on him and gave him one gift which was an air hockey game.
Then, she brought out the gift that brought a big ole smile to Brent's face...the infamous iPad!
A big thanks to Kiki for including my sister and giving her some beautiful bracelets and necklace. Wendy loves the bling-bling! Kiki got some pj's and Pops got more striped Polo shirts.
Beck and Kinsey gave Kiki a Wizard of Oz calendar so she can enjoy her favorite movie each month of 2012. And, Pops got a pillow that they apparently fight over every night. They told us that the first one that goes to bed gets this special pillow and we all know that Kiki is not the first one to go to bed.
Then, we got a video call from Aunt Gigi in McAllen, Texas...
I had fun playing with Beck's super hero mask!
Our stockings were filled with candy, fruit, spending money, gift cards to Outback and Cheesecake Factory. I can't wait to go shopping and eat a yummy meal!
Now it's time to play with our toys, eat lunch then take a nap! Kiki and Pops, thank you for all that you do and we love you very much!

Christmas Morning Part Two
We quickly got the kids dressed and headed over to Kiki and Pops house to open gifts from them. We started with the traditional breakfast casserole that Brent put together the day before which can sometimes be a little scary because you never know what little secret ingredient he might throw in. However, he followed the directions (added a little extra this and that) and it was delicious! I enjoyed all of us eating together in the kitchen...then, we did the traditional hallway picture.
Kinsey was the first one to see what Santa brought her and she immediately spotted her Princes chair!
Then, Beck came in and loved everything he saw in his pile!
Last but not least, Marcus loved his gifts too...
When it was time to open gifts, we wanted Kiki and Pops to open their big gift from all of us first and they loved it! This gift includes a two-night stay at a new hotel connected to the Dallas Convention Center (Omni) and dinner at Bob's Steak and Chop House. I know they are looking forward to getting away.
Now let's open gifts! Kinsey got her very first apron...so cute!
All of the grand kids got a super hero cape, shirt, eye mask and wrist bands with their initial on it and they all loved it! Beck got the biggest Transformer! Wow! And, at one point, we caught Marcus and Kinsey behind the blind looking at the little dogs in the Art Room. So cute!
I am a lucky girl because Kiki and Pops gave me some fantastic gifts!!! First of all, not only is my crock pot in storage but it's also almost over 20 years old so I really needed a new one. Then, I got a gift card for a pedicure which I can't wait to use and the biggest, shiniest, gold Micheal Kors watch which I love, love, love! The kids will laugh at me while I'm trying to lose some pounds by playing the Just Dance Wii game. I'm going to have to cook many meals to thank Kiki and Pops for all of the wonderful gifts!

Christmas Morning Part One
12.25
Beck was so excited to see what Santa brought him and even though Kinsey didn't understand what happened, she sure enjoyed getting new toys! We took a picture of Beck waiting in the hallway but forgot to take one of Kinsey...oh well, we'll try again next year.
Beck pulled out the fruit in his stocking and said, "This isn't a Transformer" then threw it across the room. One day he will appreciate the meaning of the fruit in his stocking.
Kinsey woke up much later than Beck...in fact, Beck had already started playing with his toys by the time she woke up.
She was in heaven eating lots of sweets for breakfast! And, take a look at her feet...she likes to pull her socks off.
What a wonderful Christmas morning we had with our beautiful and sweet kids!

Christmas Eve Dinner
Even though Kiki had many, many presents to wrap, she really outdid herself tonight...the food was FANTASTIC!!! I was very excited to see my favorites...green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, broccoli/rice casserole and the best ham I've had in a long time. Yummy! I was laughing when I caught Kinsey trying to eat right out of the dish! Silly girl!
We always tell Beck that he can't wear jammies when we go some where but this time he insisted on taking his new Bumble Bee jammies so we let him. He walked in Kiki and Pops house and immediately changed into his jammies. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him after putting the diaper bag down.
Beck was so excited when Nanny gave him Christmas money because he knew what he wanted to buy...yep, you guessed it...Transformer! He also enjoyed helping Nanny open her gifts.
Kiki busted out the annual Christmas gift for the grand babies...jammies! She got the same brand as last year but different colors and I love them! Too cute! However, there was no way we could get Beck to take off his favorite brand new Bumble Bee jammies.
Kiki also got really cute house shoes too. On a side note, Kinsey always checks her toes when she can. I guess she doesn't like sock fuzz in between her toes.
Merry Christmas Eve! We had a good time and we are all looking forward to Santa coming tonight!
